Michelle Hudson
Michelle is a contemporary intuitive artist whose work is deeply inspired by the natural landscapes of British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario. Michelle grew up on the West Coast of BC working as a lifeguard, competitive swimmer, forestry worker, and First Nations teacher's assistant while living in Alberta. Surrounded by ocean, forests and coastal light shaped an early connection to nature, movement and atmosphere that continues to influence her paintings today. In addition to her painting practice, Michelle Hudson is also an intuitive art instructor and Reiki Master who guides creative workshops and women's retreats focused on self expression, using painting as a space for reflection, healing and personal growth.

Feelings and Ideas
Michelle hopes that when people view her art, they experience feelings of peace and hope. She envisions her art as a light in the chaos, a practice of peaceful resistance against the uncertainty in the world, promoting hope and tranquility.

Art as Peaceful Resistance
Beyond creating art, Michelle is passionate about art as a form of meditation and peaceful resistance.
"Michelle's intuitive approach to art makes her work truly unique. Her gentle resistance and commitment to hope shine through every piece."
